Shimla, April 14 -- Leader of Opposition and former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur launched a sharp attack on the state government over the brutal murder of a 19-year-old student in Sarkaghat (Mandi district), stating that the incident is a clear example of deteriorating law and order and administrative failure in Himachal Pradesh.
