Ratnagiri, Aug. 9 -- A grand tribal awareness rally was organised on Sunday in Khed in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra on the occasion of World Tribal Day, drawing a large participation from members of the tribal community.
The rally was jointly organised by the Adivasi Samajik Seva Sanstha (Ratnagiri) and the Adivasi Adim Katkari Sanghatana, Khed branch. It began at Mukadam Landmark and proceeded towards Patidar Hall at Bharane Naka.
Participants marched to the beats of traditional drums and performed folk dances and songs, creating a vibrant atmosphere along the route. Carrying messages highlighting tribal identity, culture and rights, the rally emphasised the theme "Our Pride - Our Culture" and "Our Rights - Our Entitlements."The ral...
