Hyderabad, Oct. 18 -- Elaborate arrangements have been made for the grand finale of the Bathukamma festival, Saddula Bathukamma, at Tank Bund in Hyderabad on Sunday.
Around 1,000 Bathukammas will be taken in a procession from the Martyrs' Memorial to Tank Bund, where women will participate in traditional dances and celebrations.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and film stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are expected to attend the event.
The celebrations will begin at 1700 hours, featuring performances by around 700 folk artists presenting traditional art forms, including Perini, Gussadi, Oggu Dolu and Dappu.
