New Delhi, Sept. 3 -- Ahead of the BRICS summit next week, central and state government offices in New Delhi will remain closed on Friday (September 11), according to official orders.

In an order issued on Thursday (September 3), the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions announced the closure of government offices, citing logistical concerns for the BRICS Business Forum and 18th BRICS Leaders' Summit scheduled to be held between 11 and 13 September at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
