Dharamshala, June 15 -- The convoy of Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta passed through the Kangra Bypass Road on Monday, drawing attention to the poor condition of the stretch.

He was on way to Bajreshwari temple Nagarkot Dham, one of the 52 Shakti peeths in Kangra town.

Despite the road's deteriorated state, marked by damaged surfaces and uneven patches, the Governor's convoy successfully navigated the route during his visit to the region.

Observers noted that the passage of the high-profile convoy highlighted longstanding concerns regarding the condition of the bypass road, which is frequently used by local residents and commuters.
