Panchkula, July 18 -- The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has revised the licence fee rates for General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) across the country, with the new rates coming into effect from July 1, 2026.
The Directorate of Estates issued an Office Memorandum on July 17, revising the monthly licence fees under Rule 74 of the Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017.
The revised rates will apply to residential accommodation available in the General Pool and Departmental Pools of Government of India ministries and departments throughout the country.
