New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- A fresh demand for the resumption of recruitment of Nepali youths into the Indian Army under the Agnipath scheme has emerged as a sensitive issue ahead of Chief of the Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth's upcoming maiden three-day visit to Nepal, adding a new dimension to the longstanding defence ties between the two neighbours.
