Kolhapur, Oct. 30 -- The Kolhapur Circuit Bench of the Bombay High Court has issued an order to the 12 directors of the Mahayuti, who were absent during the election of the president of the Kolhapur District Cooperative Milk Producers union (Gokul), to appear before it on November 2.
The 13 directors of Satej Patil's Samvichari Aghadi (Like-Minded Alliance) had approached the court after the election of the president was announced by the group yesterday.
In the hearing held today, the court raised the issue of quorum and questioned the minutes written after adjourning the meeting and ordered the directors to appear.
The next hearing in this matter will be on November 2.
