Panchkula, June 24 -- Taking serious note of rising pollution levels in the Ghaggar River, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has directed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan to completely stop the discharge of untreated wastewater into the river. Drawing parallels with ongoing efforts to rejuvenate the Yamuna, the Chief Minister made it clear that polluted water should not be allowed to enter the Ghaggar under any circumstances.
