Glasgow, July 30 -- India enjoyed another successful outing at the Commonwealth Games on Thursday IST, highlighted by a historic gold-silver finish in the men's T47 100m para athletics, Murali Sreeshankar's second successive Commonwealth Games silver in long jump, and six more boxers advancing to the semifinals to guarantee medals.
Dilip Gavit won the gold medal in the men's T47 100m in a Games record and season-best time of 10.71 seconds, while compatriot Mohammed Basil Morssinganakath clocked 10.83 seconds to take silver, giving India a memorable one-two finish in the event.
