New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's wait for another T20I appearance is set to continue, with India head coach Gautam Gambhir making it clear that the teenage opener willhave to bide his time behind the in-form Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson.
Sooryavanshi watched from the sidelines on Thursday as Abhishek smashed the third-fastest century in T20I history, powering India to a 127-run win over Afghanistan and a 3-0 series sweep. Abhishek and Samson opened throughout the series and finished as the leading run-scorers from both sides, strengthening their case to continue at the top.
