New Delhi, May 24 -- The Centre five additional categories of fuel dispensing systems under the ambit of Government Approved Test Centres (GATCs). The newly included categories are petrol and diesel dispensers, CNG dispensers, LPG dispensers, LNG dispensers, and hydrogen dispensers.
The inclusion of CNG, LNG and hydrogen dispensers comes at a time when India is rapidly expanding its infrastructure for cleaner and alternative fuels.
