Bengaluru, March 20 -- A major development has emerged in the viral video case involving senior IPS officer and DGP K Ramachandra Rao, who allegedly behaved inappropriately with women while on duty in his office.
Official investigations have now confirmed that the videos circulating on social media are genuine and not deepfakes, AI-generated, or edited, placing the officer, who is nearing retirement, in serious legal trouble.
The Karnataka government had formed a special investigation team of four IPS officers under ADGP R Hitendra to conduct a fair probe into the case, which has caused a statewide stir.
