Patna, March 9 -- Emphasising that the ability to hear is the first step toward learning, communication and confidence, the Department of ENT at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Patna Monday observed the World Hearing Day with a dynamic awareness programme dedicated to promoting ear and hearing care among children and the community.
