New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- A relaxed Team India camp combined sharp preparations with a touch of traditional rivalry as the Indian players trained at the Arun Jaitley Stadium here ahead of their three-match T20I series against Afghanistan, beginning September 13.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday shared glimpses of the training session, showing the players arriving at the stadium by team bus, batting in the nets and undergoing practice drills as the squad fine-tuned its preparations for the opening T20I.

The intensity of the training session gave way to some lighthearted entertainment after practice when opener Abhishek Sharma and allrounder Shivam Dube took on each other in a kite-flying duel.
