Chennai, Oct. 20 -- A Fresh Low Pressure area is likely to form over the Bay and adjoining Tamil Nadu coast during the next 24 hrs and the state would continue to receive heavy to very heavy rains till October 26.
In an update, Met office on Tuesday eveing said due to likely formation of a low-pressure area over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu coast during next 24 hours, heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to continue over several districts of TamilNadu, Puducherry and Karaikal till 26 October.
It said isolated heavy rainfall is likely over Lakshadweep during 22-26 October; Kerala and Mahe during 20-26 October; South Interior Karnataka during 21-24 October; Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam and Rayalaseema on till tomor...
