Chennai, Oct. 21 -- With heavy vigorous Northeast monsoon rains battering the North and South coastal districts, including Chennai and its suburbs, a fresh Low Pressure area has formed over the Bay on Wednesday, while yet another system is likely to form on October 23 which has the potential to intensify into Cyclone, even as heavy to very heavy showers will continue till October 26 which would also cover Cauvery delta districts.
