Kolkata, July 7 -- A fresh complaint has been lodged against the 'Sebashraay' project, with BJP leader Abhijit Das filing a written complaint at Parulia Coastal Police Station in South 24 Parganas alleging large-scale financial irregularities and misuse of government medicines.
The complaint comes even as two FIRs have already been registered against Abhishek Banerjee over the project, intensifying the controversy.
In his complaint, Das alleged that crores of rupees were misappropriated in the procurement and distribution of medicines used under the Sebashraay initiative.
