Jammu, March 11 -- The fourth edition of Tawi Festival will kick off here from March 13.
The festival will be held from March 13 to 15 here at Amar Mahal Museum," Dr. Jyotsna Singh, Museum Director, told reporters.
The presser was held under the Hari Tara Charitable Trust that also marked the 95th birthday of philosopher and former union education miniater Dr. Karan Singh.
Dr. Jyotsana Singh said that the festival will feature a range of cultural and artistic activities celebrating the rich heritage of the region, adding, "one of the highlights of the festival will be the release of the biography of Karan Singh, titled "A Statesman and a Seeker: The Extraordinary Life and Legacy of Dr. Karan Singh."The festival will also include art camp...
