Hyderabad, Aug. 21 -- TPCC President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud, who is also President of the Telangana Sports Karate-Do Association, congratulated four Telangana karate athletes selected to represent India at the 2026 AKF Cadet, Junior & U-21 Asian Karate Championship.
The athletes-Vishal Reddy Amradi (-61 kg), Satya Teja Brahmandani ( 66 kg), Nishtha Gangisetti (-61 kg) and Shashank Satvik Lanke (-52 kg)-were felicitated by Mahesh Kumar Goud at the MLA Quarters on Friday.
The championship will be held in Amman, Jordan, from September 4 to 11.
Congratulating the athletes, Mahesh Kumar expressed confidence that they would perform strongly, win medals and bring laurels to Telangana and the country.
