Ranchi, Aug. 27 -- Four girls from Ranchi have been invited to tie Rakhi to President Droupadi Murmu at a special Raksha Bandhan programme at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.
The students, from the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya-cum-CM School of Excellence at Namkum, Ranchi, have already reached Delhi along with their warden Vageshwari Kumari and teacher Swarnima Toppo.
The four students are Class 12 students Roshni Lakra, Vibha Kumari and Neha Kumari, and Class 10 student Simran.
The girls prepared the Rakhis themselves for the special occasion and said they were excited and proud to have the opportunity to meet the President and tie her a Rakhi at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
