Chhapra, May 6 -- At least four people were killed and six others injured in a tragic road accident in the Bhagwan Bazar police station area of Saran district during the wee hours on Wednesday.
According to police, members of an orchestra group were returning from a wedding function in the Ballia district of neighbouring Uttar Pradesh after completing their performance. Near Dr. Prabhunath Singh Degree College, their pickup van overturned.
Moments later, a truck coming from the opposite direction rammed into the overturned vehicle.
Police said that two women and two men of the orchestra group died in the accident, while six others sustained injuries.
