SP JerathNahan, Aug. 25 -- Kuldeep Rana, General Secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Kabaddi Association, stated that the inclusion of four players from the state in the selected team for the Asian Games is a significant achievement.

Ritu Negi from Sirmaur is a former captain of the Indian women's kabaddi team and an international player, while Pushpa Rana is the captain of the Himachal Pradesh women's kabaddi team and an international player. Jyoti Thakur from Solan and Bhavna Thakur from Mandi have also been selected.

The team also includes Sanju Devi, Pooja Kajla, Ritu Sheron, Pinky Rai, Manisha Kumari, Rajrani, and Nitika Kumari.
