Chennai, Aug. 26 -- A total of four groups of 106 pilgrims from Tamil Nadu were said to have been either stranded or missing in sudden massive floods at Rasuwa region in Nepal on Wednesday, even as Chief Minsiter Vijay stepped in swiftly, initiated diplomatic measures through External Affairs Ministry to ascertain their details, provde necessary help , rescue and repatriate them back home.
Though no official numbers are not available, according to reports and one of the Tour coordinators Thennarasu, while speaking to a Tamil TV channel, said four groups of 106 people from the state went on a pilgrimage to Kailash Manasovar Yatra through four travel agencies.
