Shimla, March 8 -- Former Deputy Mayor Tekinder Singh Panwar has expressed serious concern over the condition of the Parwanoo-Kathlighat four-lane highway and the recent increase in toll charges at Sanwara.

In an open letter wrtien to Engineer-in-Charge of the NHAI, Panwar, who served as Deputy Mayor of Shimla from 2012 to 2017, stated that commuters travelling between Shimla and Chandigarh are facing significant inconvenience due to poor maintenance of the four-lane stretch.
