Hyderabad, April 22 -- Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nadendla Bhaskara Rao passed away on Wednesday at the age of 90 while undergoing treatment at a hospital hereHe had been suffering from age-related health issues for some time.
A veteran political leader, Bhaskara Rao briefly served as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in 1984 during the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) regime when then Chief Minister N T Rama Rao travelled to the United States for heart surgery.
Leaders from across the political spectrum expressed grief over his demise and conveyed condolences to his family.
