Pune, May 31 -- Five emerging women cricketers who have made a significant mark through their outstanding performances in cricket were honoured with the Cricket Ratna Award at a function organized by India Against Corruption (IAC) here today.

This prestigious award was presented to IPL players Poonam Khemnar, Kiran Navgire, and Gautami Naik, along with Maharashtra state players Bhakti Mirajkar and Akshaya Jadhav.

The event was presided over by IAC National President Hemant Patil. Former Ranji cricketer Hemant Kinikar and international cricketer Anuja Patil attended as chief guests.
