Chennai, Aug. 2 -- In a tragic mishap, five members of a family were killed when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a stationary water tanker on the Pollachi-Udumalpet NH-83 in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu on Sunday afternoon.
Police identified the deceased as Kanagaraj, Poorani, Narmatha, Aarthi and Raman, all residents of Madukkarai in the Textile city of Coimbatore.
