Chennai, June 18 -- The Tamil Nadu Assembly session which commenced on Thursday with the maiden customary address by Governor R V Arlekar on the first day of the first session of the new TVK government headed by Chief Minister Vijay, would continue till June 23.
The present session will have sitting for three days after taking into account the weekend holidays.
The duration of the session was taken at the Business Advisory Committee meeting chaired by Speaker JCD Prabhakar at his Chamber at the State Secretariat, after the Governor's address.
