Chennai, June 17 -- Amid row over rendition of Vande Mataram relegating State invocation song Tamil Thai Vaazhthu to third place, all eyes will be on Tamil Nadu Governor R V Arlekar's customary address to the first session of the 17th Legislative Assembly beginning tomorrow.
In his address to the first session of the newly elected TVK government led by Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, the Governor was expected to highlight the policy initiatives of the new government, outline the government's priorities.
The duration of the session, which is likely to last for 3-4 days, would be decided at the Business Advisory Committee meeting to beheld at Speaker JCD Prabhakar's chamber after the Governor's address.
