New Delhi, June 3 -- : The probe into the fire tragedy where 21 persons, mostly African nationals, lost their lives has revealed serious safety violations at Hotel Flourish Stay B&B in South Delhi's Malviya Nagar area, where a massive blaze broke out in a basement restaurant.

According to sources, the hotel allegedly had a common entry and exit point, raising serious concerns over evacuation safety. The building was reportedly accommodating around 40 guests in 25 rooms, despite having permission for only six rooms, indicating major violations of approved capacity norms.
