New Delhi, Sept. 13 -- A fire broke out at a godown storing wooden goods in east Delhi's Dallupura area on Sunday afternoon, prompting the Delhi Fire Service to deploy fire tenders, officials said.
The fire department received a call about the blaze at 3:29 pm, following which 16 fire tenders were rushed to the godown located behind Dharamshila Hospital, near Kheda Devta Mandir.
Firefighting operations were underway when the report was filed. No injuries had been reported so far, a Delhi Fire Service officer said.
Fire officials were working to bring the blaze under control and determine its cause.
