New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- The Fire and Fury Corps recently organised the 4th Pangong Frozen Lake Marathon 2026 at Pangong Tso, the world's highest frozen lake (approx. 14,000 ft).

More than 450 runners braved sub-zero temperatures, thin air, and an unforgiving icy track, competing across categories ranging from 5 km to the full marathon.

In the 10 km category, Agniveer Mehboob Ali, Naik Rinchen Gurmet, and Lance Naik Jigmat Stobdan claimed the first, second, and third positions, respectively.

In the 21 km category, Rifleman Tsetan Namgial secured first place in the half marathon, followed by Agniveer Tashi Namgyal in second position and Agniveer Sarfaraz Hussain finishing third.
