Parwinder SandhuNew Delhi, Sept. 8 -- The FIR registered over the collapse of a paying guest (PG) accommodation in southwest Delhi's Satya Niketan alleges that the owners had added four floors to a decades-old structure despite being aware that its existing foundation could not safely bear the additional load. The police have alleged that the construction was undertaken to increase rental earnings from the property, which was being operated as the 'Hostel Daze' PG.
