Shillong, March 6 -- FIRs have been filed against Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, District Magistrate of West Garo Hills, Vibhor Aggarwal and others for their alleged illegal distribution of land pattas in the Akhing area.
The FIRs were lodged by the Nokma (village chief) of Danakgre A'king, Enilla Ch Marak, and her daughter, Amanche Ch. Marak at the Araimile Police Station in the West Garo Hills district on Thursday.
The Nokma and her daughter also requested to register a cause against the Charming N. Sangma, the National People's Party candidate for the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council elections), J.D.
