Patna, April 27 -- In a significant push to promote the film industry, the Bihar Art and Culture department, in collaboration with Bihar State Film Development and Finance Corporation Limited, has launched a dedicated online portal aimed at creating opportunities for local artists, technicians, and businesses.
Official sources said here on Monday that the initiative is designed to strengthen Bihar's presence in the film sector while connecting local talent directly with production houses.
