Chandigarh, April 27 -- Ferozepur Police achieved a significant breakthrough in its ongoing crackdown against narcotics and organized crime, arresting 10 individuals across various operations.

Addressing a press conference, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ferozepur, Bhupinder Singh Sidhu, detailed the seizures, which include 3.733 kilograms of heroin, five pistols with magazines, seven live cartridges, and a large consignment of banned e-cigarettes.

The operations unfolded in five distinct cases across the district. In the first instance, the Makhu police station in Zira apprehended two youths, recovering 3.633 kilograms of heroin along with two motorcycles and mobile phones used in the commission of the crime.
