Mumbai, Sept. 23 -- Actress Fatima Sana Shaikh has spoken about feminism, saying the movement is not about taking away men's rights but about seeking equal rights for women.
Shaikh, who is playing the role of a brave police officer in the upcoming series "Hunkkaar: The Roar", said, "Many people see feminism as a bad word. Being a feminist does not mean that I am snatching the rights of any man. I am just demanding equal rights for myself."Citing the example of actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, she said that calling yourself a feminist doesn't diminish your audience's love.
According to Fatima, if the intention is clear and the message is presented correctly, people will definitely listen.
