Malappuram, July 6 -- Federal Bank has inaugurated a new Currency Chest at Malappuram, strengthening its cash management infrastructure and currency distribution network in Kerala.

With the addition of the new facility, the bank now operates 11 currency chests across India.

The newly established Currency Chest, one of the largest in Kerala, is expected to play a key role in improving the efficiency of currency storage, distribution, and cash management across the region, supporting banks and ensuring smooth availability of cash.
