Srinagar, Oct. 23 -- National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Friday challenged the Centre to name the country it accuses of fuelling unrest in India, questioning its repeated references to a "foreign hand".
Abdullah said the government in Delhi has a habit of pointing outward when it feels threatened, while never examining its own conduct.
"Whenever the government in Delhi is in danger, they see a foreign hand. They do not see their own," Abdullah told reporters in Srinagar.
"If they say a foreign hand is doing it, then name who is doing it. Which country is trying to do this? Tell us. They don't have that name at all. Just (say) foreign hand, foreign hand! A foreign hand in everything," he said.
