Greater Noida, April 23 -- Global last-mile delivery platform FarEye on Thursday unveiled 'PILOT', a fully integrated agentic AI dispatcher designed to automate end-to-end logistics workflows, with the company claiming it can cut dispatch processing time by up to 90 per cent.
Launched at a day-long event in Noida in the presence of industry stakeholders, PILOT is positioned as a vertical AI solution that autonomously manages the entire working cycle of a logistics dispatcher with Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) governance.
The platform is capable of reducing operational workload from nearly 10 hours to about 60 minutes, while delivering a 95 per cent reduction in dispatcher hours.
