Solapur/Pandharpur, July 25 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday offered the traditional government Mahapuja and abhishek to Lord Vitthal and Goddess Rukmini at the revered Pandharpur temple, praying for Maharashtra's prosperity, farmers' welfare and the fulfilment of the aspirations of the country's youth.
Speaking to reporters after the Mahapuja, Fadnavis said he had prayed to Lord Pandurang to bless Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts to usher in a new era of development, opportunity and hope for the country's youth.
