Mumbai, April 20 -- In a sharp political attack, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday accused opposition parties of derailing the Women's Reservation Bill in Parliament, calling it a "betrayal" of 70 crore women across the country. Speaking in Mumbai, he alleged that the INDIA bloc deliberately blocked the legislation by denying it the required two-thirds majority.
