Nagpur, July 12 -- : Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Sunday laid the foundation stone of the 'Swapnapurti' housing project for sanitation workers in Nagpur under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2.0( Urban).

The project aims to provide quality housing with modern facilities to sanitation workers, including solar power systems, landscaped gardens, community halls and advanced water management facilities.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chief Minister Fadnavis said the housing colony, named after Maharshi Sudarshan Valmiki, is being developed with a vision to create a model residential project that reflects dignity and respect for sanitation workers.
