Patna, May 26 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) received a significant boost on Tuesday as former RJD women's wing state president Ritu Jaiswal joined the party along with several other RJD leaders. Bihar BJP president Sanjay Saraogi formally welcomed her into the party.
Ritu Jaiswal is regarded as an influential leader among youth and women in Sitamarhi, Sheohar, and nearby regions. Her entry is also expected to strengthen the BJP's support base within the Vaishya community.
