Visakhapatnam, Aug. 31 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for IT and Education Nara Lokesh on Monday described former undivided Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and former Tamil Nadu Governor Konijeti Rosaiah as an embodiment of political values and a symbol of integrity.

Unveiling a bronze statue of Rosaiah at Siripuram Circle here, Lokesh proposed naming it "The Statue of Statesman", saying the late leader's contribution to public life should be remembered by future generations.

Addressing a gathering on the occasion, Lokesh recalled that members of the Arya Vysya community had sought recognition of their self-respect during his Yuva Galam padayatra.
