European foreign ministers call for ceasefire in Lebanon
Moscow, April 1 (Sputnik/UNI) The foreign ministers of ten countries, as well as EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, called for a ceasefire in Lebanon and expressed support for the country's territorial integrity, a joint statement read.The statement was signed by the foreign ministers of Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the United Kingdom."We call on all parties to immediately deescalate and to revert to the cessation of hostilities agreement and UN Security Council resolution 1701 (2006) ...
