Chandigarh, April 10 -- Security agencies have uncovered a dangerous cross-border espionage ring in Punjab, where live CCTV footage of sensitive military and Border Security Force (BSF) installations was being transmitted directly to handlers in Pakistan.
The Delhi Police Special Cell, in a coordinated operation with Punjab units, has arrested 11 individuals, including eight from various districts of Punjab, for working at the behest of the ISI and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI). The accused had reportedly installed solar-powered cameras at strategic locations across Punjab's border belt to monitor the movement of Indian troops in real-time.
