Srinagar, Aug. 22 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K has chargesheeted a habitual offender in a fake job fraud case, accusing him of cheating a complainant by allegedly using forged documents to promise employment, officials said on Saturday.
The chargesheet was filed against Abdul Majeed Mir a resident of Lashtiyal Kalaroos in Kupwara, before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kupwara, in case registered this year under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 201 RPC.
