Una (HP), Aug. 29 -- An engineer from Una, Sukhvinder, a resident of Mehatpur-Basdehra and employed as a mechanical engineer at the Trishuli Hydropower Project in Nepal, has gone missing following the flood tragedy in the neighbouring country.
Since the disaster struck, Sukhvinder's family has made continuous efforts to contact him but has received no information so far, heightening their anxiety.
The family has approached the Central Government and local MP Anurag Thakur for help in locating him.
Sukhvinder's father, Husan Lal, said his son had previously worked in Bhutan before his company transferred him to Nepal. Sukhvinder returned to Nepal on August 15 after taking leave for about three months.
